Dann schaue ich nach und siehe da: Das Ganze mit dem Archivieren (automatisch) lief offensichtlich schief. Okay, denn mal ran. E-Mails aufgeräumt und die zentrale Ausblick-Datei von glatten 330 MB auf 13 MB innerhalb der letzten sechs Tage reduziert. Immer noch viel zu viel. Also Komprimieren, komprimieren, komprimieren (das geht unter “Eigenschaften von persönlicher Ordner” -> “erweitert” -> “jetzt komprimieren”).
Dafür habe ich jetzt die ultimative Archivierungslösung: PDF. Alle, die mit mir regelmäßig korrespondieren, erhalten einen eigenen Ordner, in welchem auch die diesbezüglichen Antworten abgelegt sind. Diesen Ordner kann man dann an PDF senden und …. zack: Die gesammelte Korrespondenz als ein einzelnes PDF, auch außerhalb von Outlook einsehbar, wie in den traditionellen Ordnern!¹⁾
